Who is this qualification for?
The objective of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment in the customer service industry. The qualification provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to work in this sector.
How long will it take?
To complete this qualification learners should expect to undertake six hours of learning, typically over one day.
The qualification covers the following components:
understanding how to work in a customer service environment
communication in customer service
the principles of personal performance and development
the principles of working in a business environment
working with others in a business environment
This is by multiple-choice examination, in which candidates must demonstrate what they have learned.
A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the assessment. You will receive a Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service certificate which is advised to be refreshed after three years.
